Maintenance
Maintenance service is performed on an automatically repeating basis. Example: every week, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks.
One-time Job
A one-time job is any service that is not automatically repeating. This includes cleanups and repairs.
Is there a fee to get a quote?
For standard quotes such as yard cleanup, maintenance, trimming, weeds, etc there is no fee. For irrigation there may be a fee - see our irrigation page for the latest information.
Do I need to be there for a quote?
We prefer that you are there so you can show the estimator exactly what you want done, however, it is not required. You do not need to be there as long as we have access to the yard and any pets are indoors.

If you are not there we will call you with the quote and leave a voicemail if you do not answer. If we can not get ahold of you and we have your email address we will email you the quote.
What time will you arrive for my quote?
When you schedule a quote we will give you a 1-hour time frame. For example: if your appointment begins at 10a we will be there between 10-11a.
Do you work over the weekend?
No, we only operate Monday through Friday.
How much does [some service] cost?
Generally, we require that we have an estimator go to the property in person and write a custom quote. Every job is different and every customer's needs are different. This is why we provide free quotes. Please give us a call or fill out our online form today.
What forms of payment are accepted?
For your convenience, all major credit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash and checks.
Are there any contracts?
LMP requires no contracts for any of our services. We do not charge for quotes. One-time jobs do not require a card on file, however, maintenance service does require a card on file. Do you have a satisfaction guarantee policy?
Yes, we do have a satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your service please give us a call as soon as possible and we will try to make it right. Our only stipulation is that you contact us within a reasonable time frame: it is difficult or sometimes impossible to judge how well a job was performed weeks or months after the service date.
Is a card required?
For one-time jobs, including cleanups and repairs, a card is not required. However, if you are not present at the job site we will not begin work unless we have a card on file OR payment has already been left on site in a secure location that we've negotiated ahead of time. Is a card required for recurring maintenance?
Yes, we do require a card on file for all maintenance customers. We run the payment after each visit and you will never be charged unless we actually do the service. For example: if we can not access the back yard you will not be charged for the back yard.
What does residential maintenance service include?
Our maintenance service for residential homes includes removing all weeds, pruning trees six feet off of the ground, trimming the bushes as needed and mowing and edging the grass on every visit. Irrigation Systems are only checked on request and may incur a fee. Please read our Terms of Service for more information and complete details.
Do you check irrigation during maintenance visits?
No, maintenance does not include irrigation. We can come out to check your irrigation upon request but there may be a fee.
How frequent or infrequent can I have maintenance done?
Maintenance is scheduled at weekly intervals, such as every 4 weeks. We can come as frequently as every week or as infrequently as every 4 weeks. This does not guarantee that it will always be 1 visit per month; eventually there will be a month where you have service at the beginning and the end. Of course you can always postpone a visit.

We generally do not schedule maintenance visits more than 4 weeks apart because the yard can overgrow which can interfere with our schedule.
Can I postpone a maintenance visit?
Yes, you can postpone a visit at any time for any reason. Please just call us in advance. If we do not hear from you in time and we perform the maintenance service, you will be charged.
Will my service day change?
Generally, we do maintenance service for certain areas on specific days of the week. Normally, your service should occur on the same day of the week every visit. However, this can change without notice for any number of extenuating circumstances such as inclimate weather, holidays or other scheduling conflicts.
Do I need to be there for a one-time job?
In general, you do not need to be present for one-time jobs, such as cleanups or repairs, as long as the following requirements are met:
  1. Payment has been arranged
  2. We have access to the yard
  3. Any pets are indoors
What time will you arrive for a one-time job?
Our business hours are 7a-4p and generally service will be during those hours, though exceptions may occur. If you would like to know a more precise time as to when we will be there, please call us on the day of your service. We usually can not predict what time we will be at your property prior to the day of service because our route and work can vary greatly day-to-day.
How do I log into my account?
When signing up for service your information and email is aquired and your account is created. After you are in our system you are automatically sent an email with your account information. The email includes your username,password and a link to the login screen.
Who should I contact if I am having trouble logging into my account?
If you are having any type of problem with your account or for help logging in please give us a call at 480-616-0084 or send us an email to info@lawnmaintenancepros.com with your Name, Address, Phone Number and a quick description of the problem and we will assist you on solving the issue.
Does Lawn Maintenance Pros offer paper billing/invoices?
No, we do not offer paper billing. All invoices will be emailed to the email registered on your account. After logging into your account all invoices can be viewed and printed. To print an invoice simply select it, view it and click print.
How do I make a payment?
You can pay by card over the phone or pay by cash or check in-person when we are there. If you are not going to be present you must arrange your payment ahead of time: see our card policy for more details. Payments for one-time jobs must be paid upon completion. For maintenance service, the credit card on file will be charged after each service visit is completed. Please read our Terms of Service for complete details and billing.
